• Familiar with Healthcare field would speed up adapting into this role. • Experiences in market development and PR management. • Lead annual strategic planning process. Develop therapy development plans, market & revenue models and identifies strategic initiatives both in short term and long term. • Collaborate with SBU and Corporate strategy group to develop Business Unit level strategic projects. Design and implement pilot programs. • Develop monthly business intelligence and data dashboard. Manage competitive information collection, analysis and response actions. • Develop tendering and pricing analysis, identify business forecast, risks & opportunities and work with Register Affair/Health Economic/Government Affair/Public Relationship teams on tender/market access related projects. • Work on marketing process improvement including market plan integration, marketing program implementation and collaboration with local marketing and sales. • KOL developing program planning and execution. • Manage marketing activities such as market research and analysis of competition, product positioning and pricing, product launch and promotion, model mix, distribution and product life cycle management, etc. • Provide account strategies of designated products to sales team and distributors by presenting, demonstrating and promoting all measurements. • Work in close partnership with sales team in developing and implementing varies marketing activities and leveraging GC/HQ education and training programs to support market expansion. • To help develop sales team’s technical and business knowledge. • Ad-hoc assignments / projects assigned by managers
