主要職責: 制定技術工程部門策略 1.根據公司策略及業務發展需求,發展技術工程部組織、中長期策略與行動方案。 2.通過提供有關臨時工程工作的技術專業知識,支持產品管理部相關業務。 技術工程績效與流程優化 1.監控技術工程部門KPI,並主動發起和管理改善方案來推動改進。 2.確保公司內的工程質量保證和安全標準符合PERI的政策和標準。 專案管理 1.與公司管理團隊合作,根據技術複雜性、規模、戰略價值和風險分析,優先排序當地專案,並相應分配工程資源。 2.主動與其他部門合作,管理關鍵專案。 協調與溝通 1.協調與其他部門的窗口。 2.將工程組織和策略與市場需求對齊。 人員管理與發展 1.領導、管理並發展技術工程團隊,以確保高績效和持續的專業成長。 2.促進積極的工作環境,鼓勵合作、學習和發展。 3.識別培訓需求,並支持團隊成員的職業發展計劃。 Key Responsibilities: Develop Local Engineering Strategy 1.Develop the Engineering organisation in alignment with business needs and the overall subsidiary strategy. 2.Support Product Management by providing technical expertise on temporary works topics. Engineering Performance and Processes 1.Monitor engineering KPIs and proactively drive improvements by initiating and managing improvement projects. 2.Ensure engineering quality assurance and safety standards in the subsidiary are in line with PERI policies and standards. Project Management 1.Collaborate with the subsidiary management team to prioritise local projects based on technical complexity, scale, strategic value, and risk analysis, and allocate engineering resources accordingly. 2.Proactively manage key projects in cooperation with other departments. Coordination & Communication 1.Coordination of interfaces with other departments. 2.Align the engineering organisation and strategy with market requirements. People Management and Development 1.Lead, manage, and develop the engineering team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth. 2.Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and development. 3. Identify training needs and support career development plans for team members. (固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異)•A degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. •At least 10 years of construction experience (experience with temporary systems such as formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems is preferred), along with at least 2 years of team management and leadership experience. •Strong technical understanding and experience with construction project standards. •Proficiency in BricsCAD or AutoCAD (or similar software) is required. •Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships at all levels. •Cross-cultural awareness and competence: the ability to interact, communicate, and collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. •土木、工業或機械工程學位。 •至少10年的建築工作經驗(具臨時系統經驗優先考慮,例如:模板、支撐架、施工架等),且至少2年以上的團隊管理及領導經驗。 •對建築工程專案標準有深厚的技術理解與經驗。 •具備BricsCAD或AutoCAD(或類似軟體)的操作技能/經驗。 •流利的中文與英文能力(口語及書面皆須精通)。 •優秀的溝通與人際關係能力,能在各層級建立及維持良好的工作關係。 •跨文化意識與能力:能有效地與來自不同文化背景的人士互動、溝通與合作。
