《About this Role》 We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to drive revenue growth and execute projects at Team UltronSMART. This role requires a strategic and dynamic team player focused on expanding awareness and adoption of the IoT Solution. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to refine technology strategies and enhance mission delivery through IoT solutions. As an Account Executive at ULTRON, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive business growth and shape the future of an emerging technology within one of our most critical business segments. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to accelerate digital transformation in the IoT space, we invite you to join ULTRON and make a real impact! 《About Responsibilities》 ● Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams,including RD,operation, marketing,product management, and executive leadership. ● Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep business and technical relationships through a solid understanding of customers’ needs and operational environments. ● Value Proposition Development: Leverage market insights to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and stakeholders. ● Strategic Sales Execution: Drive the adoption of IoT Solution by working with customers to reinvent their tech strategy and optimize IoT-enabled mission delivery. ● Sales Fulfillment Management: Accurately manage sales orders from quotation to delivery.

《Must Have》 ● 3+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, business development, or partner management. ● Prior experience in the information technology, software, or tech industry is preferred. 《Professional Expertise and Skills》 ● Proficiency in English (listening,speaking, reading, and writing) at an intermediate or higher level. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Project management expertise with the ability to oversee and drive successful outcomes. ● Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management. ● Effective communication and coordination abilities to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
