1. 6+ years of working experience in the software/information service industry 2. Solid experience in Java development 3. Good understanding of general principles of Banking system, knowing how to troubleshoot 4. Experience in SPA architect or MVC 5. Strong software problem-solving skills independently and a customer-oriented approach to dealing with customer issues 6.Self-motivated and agile mentality to work with changing requirements 7. Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration 8. Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience.
