我們正在尋找一位具備 Linux BSP 與 Kernel Driver 開發經驗的工程師,負責關鍵系統軟體的開發、維護與移植工作。您將參與從需求分析、系統設計、實作到測試的完整流程,並投入產品在新平台上的整合與優化。 我們希望您具備: - 五年以上 Linux 系統軟體開發經驗 - 精通 C,熟悉 Bash/Python - 熟悉 Linux networking(如 netfilter、conntrack、iptables、tc、netlink) - 有虛擬化網路(如 OpenVSwitch)與系統效能調校實務經驗 - 具備自動化工具開發、分散式系統經驗尤佳 目前專案正處於系統整合與驗證階段,新成員將深入參與測試與問題排查,快速掌握整體架構並展現技術影響力。我們期待一位主動積極、熱愛技術的夥伴加入,與我們一同打造穩定、高效的產品。 Responsibilities: - Develop platform BSP and driver software based on Linux. - Migrate existing software to new hardware platform. - In charge of the key development of networking features and system middleware. - Participate in the full lifecycle of software development process, including requirement review, technical research, design, implementation, testing and documentation. - Deliver reliable and scalable product solutions and take ownership for issue resolving. - Work independently, proactively and collaboratively with a team. Prerequisites: - Minimum 5 years of work experience and solid in C programming. - Experience in Bash/Python programming. - Familiar with Unix/Linux environments. - Understanding of bridging, routing, and network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS). - Knowledge of Linux kernel networking stack (e.g. packet flow, netfilter, conntrack, traffic control) and user space lib/tool (e.g. netlink, iptables, tc). - Experience with virtualized networking (e.g. OpenVSwitch). - Experience in Linux network device data path performance tuning. - Experience in software development with large scale distributed system. - Self-managed, self-motivated and self-learning. - Excellent at cross-functional-team collaboration. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have: - Experience with OpenWRT is a plus. - Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and board schematics. - Experience with version control tools (e.g. git) and issue tracking system (e.g. JIRA). - Experience in messaging protocol such as MQTT is a plus. - Experience in developing or maintaining automation tests to support software releases.
