1. Helpdesk Engineer • Responsible for installation and troubleshooting of PCs, mobile devices, operating systems, video conferencing systems, and peripheral IT equipment • Provide first-line technical support and collaborate with second-line support to resolve issues 2. System Engineer • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, email systems, and virtualization platforms • Ensure system stability, scalability, and security, and provide technical support for daily operations 3. Database Administrator (DBA) • Experience with MS SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB database management and maintenance • Proficient in database planning and data flow analysis • Support IT/CIM teams in planning and implementing database systems 4. Network Engineer • Design, implement, manage, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure to ensure stable operations • Support internal network architecture, perform troubleshooting, monitor performance, and implement security measures 5. Frontend Developer • Develop MES user interfaces • Build integration platform UIs • Assist in modular UI development and provide integrated solutions 6. Backend/System Analyst • Develop and integrate modular MES system requirements • Deliver solutions integrating automation with MES • Support cross-system interface integration (e.g., ERP/BPM) aligned with business processes
