[Job Responsibilities] • Mechanical design and packaging of water supply and plumbing components to meet the client and code requirements • Prepare water supply and plumbing specifications, schedules, drawings and any other contract documents through the project stages. • Manage the mechanical design delivery of projects from concept to the very end results. • Attend progress, design team and co-ordinate meetings. • Input to pre-qualification and selection of contractors, respond to tender queries, comment and review tender returns. • Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD) • Obtain the necessary information both internally and externally from Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Design Consultants for the design to proceed. • Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and other design • Identify and effectively meet the requirements and expectations of clients’ ensuring the timely receipt of information • Monitor and control scope of work progress and issues. • Solving technical problems that might arise on site between engineering and construction • Experience in submitting plumbing documents for permit [Preferred Skills and Abilities] • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent planning and organization skills. • Decisive person who commands respect • Must be well-organized and capable of making effective presentations • Able to work independently and Self-motivated ※ Related Mechanical/HVAC /plumbing certificate is a plus **Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.**
