Key Responsibilities: •Project Coordination & Leadership: -Coordinate SAP RE, BPC, Plant Planning, Plant Management. -Ensure seamless process integration with cross-functional teams. -Lead ERP project workstreams, manage risks, and track milestones. •System Ownership: -Design, configure, and optimize SAP Plant Planning and Plant Management. -Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and company policies. -Monitor system performance and implement improvements. •IT Operations: -Align IT operations related to RE, BPC, plant planning, plant management and management with business objectives. -Support SAP integration with other enterprise systems. -Provide guidance on system enhancements and automation. •Governance & Compliance: -Ensure system alignment with regulations. -Develop and enforce governance policies and audit controls. -Assist in audits to ensure system integrity. •Training & Change Management: -Conduct end-user training and support knowledge transfer. -Facilitate change management for new functionalities. -Act as a subject matter expert (SME) providing guidance.

1.擁有7年以上SAP RE/BPC/PP/PM實務經驗,包括完整的生命周期實施 2.工具技能: •設計、配置和優化 SAP RE/BPC/PP/PM 規劃和管理 •通過與跨部門團隊合作,確保符合業務目標和監管要求 •熟悉SAP ECC, S/4HANA和Fiori應用程式 •具備優秀的問題解決和分析能力 期望具備: •Strong FI/CO technical background and expert in RE/BPC submodule •Lead projects from requirements to post-go-live support. •Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment of plant planning, management, and supply chain processes. •Drive process automation to improve efficiency. •Manage end-to-end testing and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities. •Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and enhance systems
