We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior CRM & Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team. Global Membership Management: Deeply analyze member data to plan segmentation and communication strategies aimed at enhancing user activity and brand loyalty. 2. EDM Production & Distribution: Lead EDM content strategy, layout planning, and design communication. Track, analyze, and continuously optimize performance. 3. Official LINE Account Operation: Oversee the overall operation of our official LINE account, including designing interactive scripts, planning push notification content and frequency, and conducting data reviews for improvement. 4. Member Reward Program Design: Gain insights into user needs and behaviors to plan and execute member reward programs, such as point systems, redemptions, VIP tiers, and exclusive benefits. 5. Media Buying Support: Collaborate with the digital media team to support the execution and performance tracking of Google / Meta advertising campaigns. 【Required Qualifications】 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or member acquisition. 2. Proficient in data logic and performance analysis, with the ability to identify issues and propose concrete optimization plans based on key metrics. 3. Familiar with the communication logic, operational models, and data metrics of EDM and LINE Official Accounts. 4. A strong passion for CRM, a talent for uncovering customer needs, and the ability to proactively plan and propose solutions. 5. Proactive, meticulous, and responsible, with excellent communication skills and experience in cross-departmental collaboration. 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. Hands-on experience with a digital advertising platform (Google Ads / Meta Ads) is a plus. 2. Experience working in a CRM or digital media agency is a plus.
