我們是一間來自澳洲的金融科技公司，受當地金融機構監管，總部位於雪梨，於2021年設立台灣研發暨營運中心。 目前我們正在招募 交易風控營運專員（Risk Operations Associate），支援公司 CFD／外匯交易平台的後台營運。此職位將協助交易團隊處理每日交易與報價流程、異常監控、數據分析與風控支援等事務，適合具備細心度、邏輯能力、英文溝通能力強，並對金融市場有濃厚興趣的人才。 【About The Role】 This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced dealer to manage the exposure trading risk for the company. Working closely with the company executives, treasury team and stakeholders of the company. You will manage all aspects of trading risk, including liquidity relationships and price spread optimisation. The role will also require you to develop and implement strategic trading and risk management systems. 【What You will Do】 - Monitor and manage exposure on FX, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies, and equity CFDs - Oversee both firm-side and client-side price feeds and order executions - Detect and manage adverse client trading behavior (e.g. toxic flow, latency arbitrage) - Track client risk profiles and maintain strong institutional client relationships - Investigate and resolve internal and external trade-related inquiries and technical issues - Perform daily FX swap rolls via single-dealer platforms - Support client onboarding and provide API/connectivity technical assistance - Contribute to trading analytics, liquidity optimization, and ad-hoc risk projects 【What We are Looking For】 -Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields -Minimum 2 years of experience on a dealing desk at a B2B or B2C broker -Strong market knowledge and enthusiasm for FX, Metals, Futures, Equities, or Crypto -Experience with trading technology, including aggregation platforms, bridges, and liquidity providers -Proven understanding of risk modeling and exposure management -Confident communicator who collaborates well with stakeholders across departments -Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of MySQL and Python preferred -Familiarity with Bloomberg and FIX protocol is a strong plus 【Why Join Us】 -Be part of a global Fintech team backed by years of trading experience and robust infrastructure -Direct exposure to institutional-grade markets and pricing engines -Work on high-impact projects involving trading logic, market data, and risk infrastructure -Opportunity to expand your career into risk strategy, product development, or market structure -Collaborate with teams across Australia, Asia, and Europe
