Design and execute marketing analytics projects, including customer segmentation, purchase intent. 2. Develop and deploy predictive models to solve complex business problems 3. Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for efficiency 4. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems Your Impact 1. Deliver insights and predictive analytics through project-based solutions such as churn prediction, customer lifetime value modeling to enhance product and marketing performance 2. Drive data-informed decision-making across business units by designing scalable dashboards, automated reporting systems, and experimentation frameworks Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field 2. 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning 3. Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn 4. Experience with SQL and database manipulation for large-scale data analysis 5. Hands-on experience with marketing data, such as CRM, digital advertising, customer journey, or sales funnel analysis 6. Proven ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
