Curriculum Design Consultant – Project-Based Position

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced teacher to design and teach project-based courses in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, and Data Analysis. Teachers must design their own lesson plans based on assigned topics and guide students through research and practical projects. Responsibilities: 1. Independently design and deliver professional project-based courses. 2. Regularly discuss course directions and adjustments with the lead consultant. 3. Guide students in research, project execution, and presentation skills. 4. Support students’ development in creativity, professional skills, and problem-solving. 5.Evaluate student progress and provide feedback. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields. 2. At least 3 years of teaching or industry experience. 3. Ability to teach flexibly and independently design courses. 4. Must teach in English (native speakers preferred). 5. Experience with international students is a plus. Teaching Mode: 1. Online teaching (must be proficient with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet). 2. In-person teaching in Taipei (as needed). 職位描述： 我們正在尋找具備專業背景且教學經驗豐富的教師，負責不同領域(例如商業、工程、電腦以及數據分析)等的專題課程設計與教學。 教師需能依據指定的學習方向，自主設計 Lesson Plan，並能靈活指導學生完成研究與實作專題。 工作內容： 1. 根據規劃的課程方向與主題，自主設計並執行專業課程（含Lesson Plan撰寫）。 2. 與總顧問定期討論課程方向，靈活調整教學策略與內容。 3. 指導學生進行商業、工程、電腦領域的專題研究與實作。 4. 能指導專題，包括啟發、專題研究、簡報能力等訓練。 5. 培養學生的專業能力、創意思考與問題解決能力。 評估學生進度並提供實質回饋。 要求條件： 1. 具備商業、工程、電腦科學或數據分析等相關領域大學/碩士以上學歷。 2. 至少三年以上專業領域教學或實務經驗。 3. 能獨立設計課程並指導專題，具靈活教學與問題解決能力。 4. 需英文授課，母語人士為佳，具備良好的跨文化溝通與教學表達能力。 5. 具國際學生教學或專題指導經驗者尤佳。 授課型態 1. 可安排線上授課，需擅長線上授課軟體操作，例如zoom, teams, google等工具。 2. 或依需求安排台北實體授課。
