Follow related leads from events (physical & digital) for investment knowledge education and Nomura SITE’s service introduction. 4. Assist client account opening procedures and document handling. 5. Assist project manager to plan/monitor the progress/quality of programs. 6. Collect and analysis the market info. and best practices for the program design & execution

Education: bachelor (Above) Experience: Phone service or sales is plus Skills: 1. Good communication skill and detail oriented, with English proficiency is a plus 2. Passion in phone service & sales, developing integrated marketing/communication for investment knowledge education and financial services 3. Basic understanding of e-Commerce & digital marketing. 4. SITE/SICE related license
