Job Objective Responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer conversion, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Market Promotion: Develop annual marketing plans and budgets; execute digital campaigns (social media, EDM, SEO/SEM, online ads); produce marketing materials (presentations, brochures, videos, catalogs). 2. Events & Exhibitions: Plan and coordinate domestic and international exhibitions, workshops, and training events; support lead generation activities. 3. Market Research & Analysis: Research market trends and competitor strategies; deliver reports to support marketing adjustments. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, R&D, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent messages; support subsidiaries and distributors with localized marketing materials. 5. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance (impressions, CTR, conversion rate); provide optimization recommendations to improve ROI. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand promotion experience; medical device or B2B marketing experience preferred. • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, able to write professional marketing content in both languages. • Skilled in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), SEO/SEM, and basic design/video editing software. • Creative, execution-driven, strong cross-functional collaboration, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in organizing or participating in international exhibitions. • Familiarity with medical industry projects or regulations. • Additional language skills (Spanish, Japanese, German, etc.) are a plus.
