【Job Description】 1. Execute corporate strategy analysis, planning, promotion, and implementation. 2. Support business development in domestic and international*** IT services and semiconductor-related*** fields, including technology collaboration, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances. Drive key projects and coordinate across departments. 3. Assist the executive team in implementing company decisions and initiatives, including strategy development, progress tracking across departments, and business performance analysis and management. 4. Willing to take responsibility and stay committed to learning and improvement. 7. Intends to grow into a leadership role within the company over the long term. 【Must to have】 1. International Experience with minimum 3 years, including experience studying, working, or being stationed abroad, or working cross-region. 2. Familiar with cross-cultural communication and international business protocols. 3. Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., Japanese) is a plus. 4. At least 5 years of relevant experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing and information-related. 5. Understanding of industry trends, supply chain operations, or strategic management. 6. Integrity and Compliance, adheres to professional ethics. 7. Capable of handling confidential information and complying with work discipline and confidentiality rules. 8. No negative credit or legal records. 9. Able to respond to changes and make decisions under pressure with reliable, detail-oriented mindset, and able to follow through with execution. 10. Effective in stakeholder interaction and communication with senior executives and external partners. 【Preferred Qualifications】 1. MBA or degree from a recognized international institution. 2. Capable of preparing business documents and presentations in both Chinese and English. 3. Experience in major projects, digital transformation, supporting executive decision-making is a plus. 4. Interest in strategy, operations, and management.
