Key Objective: to support the execution of visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for design, a passion for retail, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling in-store displays. The Visual Merchandising Assistant will work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store teams to ensure that all visual elements align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns. Visual Merchandising Execution: • To Support Field VM Manager prepping monthly Floorset for assigned stores in terms of planning, mapping floor plans with key concepts, participate Floorset, guidelines shooting and produce photo report. • Co-operate with Store Management / In-Store VM on how to interpret and adapt according to store or business needs using monthly guidelines and communicate consistent merchandising direction according to Coach standard • assisting in the planning and implementation of window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional signage. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment. They should also be comfortable with physical tasks such as setting up displays and moving merchandise. • Understanding store’s business and sales reports such as top sellers to make in order to make commercially driven VM decisions Communication and Training • Effectively manages store visits schedule anticipating (percentage of work hours-Time TBD) traveling to stores ensuring execution at Coach standard using VM Audit • Manage flow of communication with the support of In-Store VM team between assigned stores, through touch bases during routine store visits • This position requires strong communication skills, as the Visual Merchandising Assistant will collaborate with various departments including marketing, product and store operations • Stay up to date on business trends and shop competition, share information with Field VM Manager • Candidates have a background in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required
