The QHSSE Manager is responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Integrated Management Systems. Tasks: • Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001 and regulatory/legal requirements; • Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements; • Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products and services; • Report to top management on the performance of the IMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement; • Conduct periodic management review meetings; • Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality; • Prepare draft policies and procedures on a wide range of areas and topics; seeking input from specialist and operational parties; • Coordinate internal and external annual audits; • Cooperating closely with the Project Delivery teams - seeking support on HSE details when necessary; • Working with senior management to identify areas for improvement on a regular basis through business meetings, conferences, corporate events and more; • Developing good professional relationships with senior decision makers at partner organizations; • Act as an advisor to the Site Management Team on all HSE matters whilst carrying out all duties as outlined within the requirements from the client; • Be familiar with the client specific HSE requirements. Support the Client in Project with early preparation and reviews of HSE documentation; • Support in the implementation of the Project Health and Safety Plan and make sure that all persons working on client's scope of the project are informed and understand the sections of the HSE plan relevant to their work; • Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of Safety Performance, the development / appraisal and modification of Safe Systems of Work; • Collect and report observations of near misses, accidents, incidents, and deviations from agreed standards and efficiently report through the agreed communication channels. Also assist all employees in filling out accident and near miss reports, and to make sure they are kept on record. Ensure all HSE incidents and occurrences are reported, investigated, corrective actions allocated, and incident workflow managed through to closure, as per client's procedures and local legal requirements; • Complete mandatory weekly and monthly inspection requirements as outlined within the HSE Project Manual and project specific Health and Safety Plan, as well as any additional ad-hoc inspections required by project or customer; • Assist to clarify and resolve HSE issues and requirements with contracts and technical operations. • Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects. • Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.
