Your Profile: 1. 資訊管理系或相關科系畢業，具資料交換與系統整合背景；Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or a related field, with a background in data exchange and system integration. 2. 熟悉 FTP/SFTP 協定與檔案傳輸流程；Proficient in FTP/SFTP protocols and file transfer processes. 3. 能操作常見資料格式（CSV、XML、JSON）並具備資料轉換能力；Skilled in handling common data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) with data transformation capability. 4. 熟悉 API、EDI 或其他系統整合技術；Knowledge of API, EDI, or other system integration technologies is a plus. 5. 熟悉 ERP 系統架構，具備 ERP 操作、系統導入或系統對接經驗者佳；Familiar with ERP system structure; experience in ERP operations or system integration is a plus. 6. 具備資料庫與伺服器之規劃、建立與維護能力，並了解通訊協議架構；Capable of planning, deploying, and maintaining databases and servers, with an understanding of communication protocol architecture. 7. 具備基本程式能力（SQL、Python、PowerShell 或 Batch Script 等）；熟悉 Linux/Windows Server 排程與自動化設定者為佳；Basic programming skills in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Batch Script; familiarity with Linux/Windows Server scheduling and automation is a plus. 8. 具備 Power BI 實務操作經驗，能製作報表與視覺化分析為佳；Hands-on experience with Power BI, capable of creating reports and data visualizations is a plus. Job Description (includes, but not limited to the following): 1. 規劃與推動 CDWE 與母公司 DEME 間之 ERP 及相關作業系統（如 Microsoft 365、IBM Maximo 系統等）之資料整合與流程優化；Drive the integration and process optimization of ERP and related operational systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, IBM Maximo) between CDWE and parent company DEME. 2. 設定並管理 FTP/SFTP 檔案傳輸流程，設定與維護資料交換格式（CSV、XML、JSON 等），確保跨系統資料正確傳遞；Setting and managing FTP/SFTP file transfer processes; setting and maintaining data exchange formats (CSV, XML, JSON) to ensure accurate cross-system data transmission. 3. 撰寫與維護自動化腳本或排程作業（PowerShell、Python、Batch Script 等），提升日常作業效率；Develop and maintain automation scripts or scheduled tasks (PowerShell, Python, Batch Script) to improve daily operational efficiency. 4. 網路系統之維護，以及資料庫之規劃與建置，並進行後續維護，以確保系統穩定運作；Maintain network systems and plan, design, and implement databases with ongoing maintenance to ensure stable system operations. 5. 管理 ERP 匯入/匯出介面，處理資料轉換與導入，監控並排除整合或傳輸過程中之異常狀況；Manage ERP import/export interfaces, handle data transformation and migration, and monitor and resolve anomalies in integration or transmission processes. 6. 撰寫並維護系統整合相關技術文件與操作手冊，確保知識傳承與制度化；Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user manuals related to system integration to ensure knowledge transfer and standardization. 7. 協調內部各部門（如 IT、財務、採購、HR、HSE等）與軟體供應商，完成跨部門系統整合與流程優化；Coordinating with internal departments (IT, Finance, Procurement, HR, HSE, etc.) and software suppliers to achieve cross-departmental system integration and process optimization. 8. 參與系統導入與測試，提出優化建議，並建立流程治理制度（包含責任歸屬、稽核機制等）；Participating in system implementation and testing, proposing optimization recommendations, and establishing governance frameworks (including responsibility and audit mechanisms). 9. 撰寫提案簡報與流程報告，提供管理團隊決策依據，協助推動公司治理標準化；Preparing reports to support management decision-making and promote corporate governance standardization.
