In this position, you will work hands-on with the latest cybersecurity technologies, stay ahead of industry trends, and collaborate directly with customers to transform their insights into impactful, real-world innovations. ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ 1. Product Development and Management (50%) – Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development and continuous improvement of existing products. – Coordinate resources across R&D, sales, and technical support to ensure timely and successful product delivery. – Manage the full product lifecycle, including market requirement analysis, product definition and positioning, and end-of-life planning. 2. Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Execution (25%) – Define and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines. – Work closely with marketing, sales, and regional teams to launch promotional activities and campaigns. – Support business development efforts and assist sales teams in achieving revenue and market expansion targets. 3. Customer and Market Support (15%) – Provide support for customer inquiries and coordinate with technical support teams on pre-sales and post-sales issues. – Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities and improve user satisfaction. 4. Supervisor’s assignment (10%) – Complete tasks or initiatives assigned by the supervisor, including strategic projects or cross-functional collaborations.
