• Develop clear, effective communication strategies for the dental products (including materials for GBR and GTR, CraniolMaxillary products) that can be translated to effective marketing and sales plan. • Develop sale and demand forecast for current products and budget plans to ensure sales, profitability and market share targets are achieved. • Ensure continuous collaboration with cross functional team (including finance, supply chain, sales and regulatory affairs) • Develop product presentations and workshops in hospitals and support sales hospital listing activities. Qualifications • Degree in Science/Engineering • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device companies, expereinces in dental market is a plus • Has experience working in a matrix and managing diverse stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders • Possess excellent influencing, networking, presentation and communication skills. • Possess good analytical skills and a strategic mindset • Fluent in English Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Functions : Marketing
