【Position Overview】 1. Analyzing and disposing of abnormal production testing problems in the sub-con testing factory, including setup abnormalities, process abnormalities, post-testing data abnormalities, etc. 2. Co-work to develop and maintain the production test supporting system, like the setup sheet database, lot on hold system, flexible test flow, and scheduling system. 3. Conduct continuous improvement to ensure whole production test system stability/reliability by tester performance tracking/analysis and test process creation/optimization. 4. Manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing) to ensure the test quality and efficiency. 5. Strongly support other engineering team for sub-con production test related cases. 【Responsibilities】 1. Develop the CIS wafer-level/final test/system-level testing programs. 2. Troubleshooting on testing programs, parts, etc. 3. Support the sub-con/OSC ramp up for mass production, including the H/W and test program. 4. Support RD in collecting the Characterization datalog for process improvement. 5. Develop/Modify the image process algorithm for all testing failure modes. 6. Increase the test fault coverage to reduce the RMA DPPM. 7. Prepare the customer engineering samples. 8. Support assembly reliability qualification test. 9. Develop the Probecard/Loadboard for mass production. 10. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
