Senior Engineering Project Manager - Audio

With a growing presence in Asia, we are expanding our engineering capabilities in Taipei to accelerate the development of our gaming audio product line, including cutting-edge wireless headsets, desktop audio solutions, and integrated voice communication systems. Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: • Drive end-to-end project execution for audio hardware programs, ensuring timely delivery, product quality, and cost targets. • Collaborate with internal teams (audio engineering, firmware/software, mechanical, electrical, ID, QA) and external partners (ODMs, CM/JDMs). • Lead milestone planning, risk management, status reporting, design reviews, and schedule coordination. • Serve as the key liaison between Taipei-based engineering and Corsair's global stakeholders in the U.S. and other regions. • Ensure that product specs meet Corsair’s performance standards, gamer expectations, and compliance requirements (FCC, CE, etc.). • Guide prototype builds, EVT/DVT/PVT phases, and validation cycles. • Manage component selection trade-offs, supplier readiness, and manufacturing ramp. • Champion process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate development cycles.
