Job Responsibilities: 1. 廠務設備的巡檢及設備維護。 Utility equipment operating and maintenance 2. 水、空壓、空調、電機、消防系統等設備調整、保養異常處理 。 Water. Air. HVAC. Electrical and fire-fighting related equipment adjusting. maintenance and troubleshooting 3. 水電維修、設備維修零件管理。 Water supply piping and electrical issue trouble shooting and parts management 4. 環保及公設基本巡查與維護。 Waste water and related environment protect equipment and public area hardware maintenance and daily check. 5. 基本電焊、氬銲、 油漆、epoxy修補。 Arc welding. argon welding. Printing and floor epoxy fixing working. 6. 具乙級鍋爐操作技術士。 Level B technician for boiler operation 7. 即時完成主管所交付之任務。 Assist with items assigned by supervisor in time 8. 須能配合輪班。 Working in rotating shifts is required
