We’re looking for high-potential engineering talents from Southeast and East Asia to join our exclusive 24-month Global Management Associate Program in Thailand. As part of a global leader in smart, green, and energy-efficient technology, you’ll work full-time as a Delta employee from day one. This program offers cross-functional experience, executive mentorship, and hands-on exposure to real-world challenges — all designed to fast-track your journey toward a leadership role. •Join a structured development journey with rotations across key functions in manufacturing and engineering. •Take part in real-world projects focused on improving production processes, product quality, and operational efficiency. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Process Engineering, and Quality Assurance. •Apply lean manufacturing and automation principles in a high-tech production environment. •Receive mentorship and career guidance from senior engineering and plant leaders. •Build a strong foundation for a future leadership role within Delta’s global manufacturing network. Available position: • Mechanical Engineer • QA Engineer • Test Engineer • Automation Engineer • Manufacturing Engineer • Industrial Engineer • PMC (Production Material Control) • Material Control (MC) Buyer / Purchasing • Plant PIT Engineer (Production, Inventory, and Transport) ***Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (including AE, QA, IE, or Materials Engineering). • 3–7 years of work experience. • Open to relocating and working on-site at Delta’s manufacturing facilities in Thailand.
