About the Role We are looking for Chinese speakers to join our team as Content Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing content to ensure it aligns with our platform’s guidelines and policies. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities • Review and moderate generated content in Chinese • Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards • Flag, escalate, or take action on content that violates guidelines • Maintain accuracy and consistency in evaluations • Communicate clearly with team members in English when necessary Requirements • Native-level proficiency in Chinese • Good proficiency in English • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup • Be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral) • Excellent time management skills • No prior experience required – full training will be provided Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (APAC working hour) Compensation & Benefits • Performance bonus based on evaluation • 7 Days of Annual Leave (kicks in after join) • Comprehensive insurance coverage: o Labor insurance o Health insurance o Group insurance
