PURPOSE OF JOB: Planning teams takes care of a reliable forecast and efficient S&OP processes. The outcome is to speed up the decision-making processes and business planning within Sales and Marketing. This has direct influence on the upper service levels and lower provisions. The important KPI’s for Demand Planning are Forecasting and Punctuality. The purpose is to continuously improve those KPI’s in order to minimalize Out of Stock and write off. MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive consensus weekly/monthly demand plan process with commercial team to ensure the forecast reflect the realistic demand. • Generate and update demand plans, combining statistical and commercial forecast (including NPI’s, promotions and events) in cooperation with Commercial and relevant stakeholders. • When needed challenge the Commercial plans and assumptions based on historic performance. • Collaborate with APAC Planning Hub to create and improve statistical forecast models. • Monitor and analyze the demand planning KPI’s (FA/FB). Drive improvement opportunities.

EXPERIENCE: • Preferably 3 years relevant experience in demand planning function. FMCG is a big plus. • Strong communication, coordination and analysis skills. • Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Change Management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • High proficient in English & MS office, especially Excel skills. • Prior experience with statistical forecasting tool be advantageous.
