Ambitious – Driven with clear career goals Job Responsibilities: • Teach English courses to help students improve their workplace communication skills. • Design course content and teaching activities tailored to students' needs. • Adjust teaching methods and provide individualized guidance to help students achieve their learning goals. • Offer customized training for corporate clients to enhance their professional English proficiency. • Participate in school or institution-organized activities when necessary. Qualifications: • Native English speaker • English teaching experience; experience teaching adults or corporate clients is preferred. • TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other English teaching certifications are preferred. • Familiar with business environments and workplace English applications, including business communication skills (emails, meetings, presentations, negotiations, etc.) is preferred. • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish good interactions with students. • Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) is a plus.
