【About AI Engineer】 We are building a modular multi-agent AI framework to accelerate the integration, operation, and lifecycle management of autonomous robotic systems. You’ll work on foundational AI agents that assist users in designing, executing, and refining complex automation workflows—enhancing both efficiency and experience in real-world environments 【Responsibilities】 [Collaboration] Work closely with product and application teams to co-design usable AI functionality grounded in real-world usage. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of AI modules into our platform infrastructure. [Development] -Model Integration Design and implement modular AI workflows by integrating LLMs, CNNs, and semantic retrieval components, defining how AI components interact with APIs, input pipelines, and runtime systems to support code and layout generation. -Model Optimization Continuously improve accuracy and reliability through training, fine-tuning, RAG enhancement, prompt engineering, and feedback-driven iteration. [MLOps] Establish robust pipelines for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring to ensure scalable and reliable runtime performance. [Code Quality] Write modular, testable, and maintainable code with clear documentation and participate in regular code reviews. 【What We Expect】 [Technical Skills] Fluent in Python with experience in LLM/CNN tooling, semantic search, and scalable AI service integration. [Open-Source Mindset] Curious and passionate about the evolving AI toolchain—actively experimenting with tools like Void, Continue, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and LangGraph. [Product Thinking] Able to translate real-world constraints and product goals into usable AI features, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost. [Collaboration] Communicates clearly and works closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into working systems. [Problem-Solving] Capable of identifying root causes in complex workflows and delivering iterative, reliable solutions—even under ambiguity. [Adaptability] Thrives in fast-paced environments, comfortable working with evolving requirements and high technical ownership.
