工作內容
Job Overview: Responsible for assisting with daily financial operations, including accounting document processing, journal entries, bank transactions, inventory reporting, tax filing support, and other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and archive accounting documents. - Prepare and input journal entries to ensure accuracy of records. - Generate and consolidate inventory reports in Excel. - Assist in bank payment processes and reconciliation. - Support tax filing preparation and related documentation. - Perform other financial or administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. - 2+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. - Proficient in Excel, including basic functions. - Familiar with journal entries and general accounting procedures. - Experience with financial systems is a plus. Key Competencies: - Detail-oriented and responsible with a proactive attitude. - Strong time management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Work Environment: - Full-time position, five-day workweek. - May require overtime during internal audits or month-end closing periods. - Comfortable office environment with convenient transportation.
