Key Responsibilities: -Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. -Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc.). -Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. -Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. -Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides. -Provide first-level technical support to internal users. -Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tasks.
