About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Developer to join the our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing critical tools, creating insightful dashboards, and supporting data-driven solutions that contribute to the success of the Pixel xTS initiatives. If you possess strong Python coding skills, a solid understanding of SQL, and a knack for building effective tools and dashboards, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: ● Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based applications, scripts, and automation tools to support team's objectives. ● Design, implement, and manage SQL queries, database structures, and data pipelines to facilitate efficient data access and reporting. ● Create and maintain interactive dashboards using relevant visualization tools to provide key performance indicators and actionable insights for the xTS project. ● Develop internal utilities and custom tools to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and automate routine tasks within the team. ● Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. ● Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications and systems to ensure stability, performance, and scalability. ● (Good to Have / Plus Point) Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions. Required Qualifications: ● Proven experience as a Developer with a strong focus on back-end development and data-driven solutions. ● Expertise in Python programming, including experience with relevant libraries and frameworks for data processing, scripting, and application development. ● Solid understanding of SQL and extensive experience working with relational databases for data querying, manipulation, and schema design. ● Demonstrated experience in dashboard development, utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms, to visualize complex data sets. ● Experience in developing internal tools and utilities to automate processes and improve efficiency. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good to Have (Plus Points): ● Experience with test automation frameworks and practices (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, or other testing methodologies). ● Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. ● Experience with Android development methodology and tools
