We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Account Manager to join Ufispace. This role need delivering our networking solutions to global Tier 1 customers, strategic partners, and channels in Telecom and AI Data Center markets. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across the APAC region through new market development and strategic account management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across APAC, and formulate go-to-market strategies and channel development plans. Provide annual sales forecasts and projections 2. Represent as company sales and leading the business discussion & negotiation in order to close the deal. 3. Build, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, partners, and regional stakeholders 4. Lead project execution and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely deliverable 5. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to support strategic planning and execution

1. Understanding B2B sales processes and skills. Experience in APAC regional markets, including developing channel partnerships and managing go-to-market operations 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external customer/partners and internal cross-functional teams. 3. Sense of ownership and initiative, with a goal-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and planning skills; able to independently solve problems and drive projects. 4. Familiarity with networking or server industry
