Lead production CE team with clear functional objective and plan to elevate team and product excellence. 2. Implement, monitor and update holistic DoE planning, testing, summary and recommendation during model trial, production trouble shooting, new process set up, standardization and optimization projects. 3. Initiate, and lead adhesive/compounding related process/ vendor set up, audit & MQAA alignment and training. 4. Work with relevant stakeholder to develop and update adequate training materials and assessment papers for Tooling team. 5. Lead and manage regular Nike CE production walk through and bonding test activity. 5. Proactively communicate, align and set up internal cross function process, and standard to drive effectiveness.
