Business Intelligence Data Analyst ensures that Shopee conducts trustworthy and reliable operational decisions. Your contribution, whether it is forming insights or resolving business issues, will facilitate our leaders in making corporate strategic decisions. You will be able to work in a dynamic environment with peers proficient in multiple diverse fields, aiming to resolve business problems or create key insights for the company. You are passionate about learning new metrics, interacting with colleagues from different backgrounds, and getting various project management experiences. You will provide data-driven consultation to help colleagues to complete their daily business issues. In this role, we expect you to be experts in translating business ideas into practical data-driven solutions. Working at Shopee requires an aggressive attitude. Job Description: ●Project management in providing data consultation to business departments on analysis metrics, data application, and current database collections. ●Work together with other departments on report design, metric defining, and insight finding to collaboratively improve performance tracking. ●Conduct data-driven analysis to support internal strategic planning. ●Help Shopee Taiwan build up the data roadmap, and establish consistent metrics for analysis structure. ●Facilitate cross-departments in Shopee Taiwan to focus on key business decisions to improve products and services from a data-driven perspective. Basic Requirements: ●Relevant project management experience and conduct as a good coordinator and communicator. Ability to turn business problems into data-driven solutions. ●A logical thinker who enjoys providing solid business summaries and suggestions to internal departments from a data-driven perspective. ●A good presenter to communicate data analysis insight to audiences with different backgrounds. ●Comprehensive understanding of data structure with a slick sense of translating business inquiries to practical data. ●Hands-on experience in SQL, business dashboards, and analysis models.
