We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Expositions, Programs and events Planning & Execution Manager to lead the design, planning, and flawless execution of large-scale international expositions, forums, and high-impact industry events. This role is critical in driving brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and business impact across regional and global audiences. You will be responsible for managing the full event lifecycle—from concept to execution—working cross-functionally with internal teams, global partners, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of international mega-events, including exhibitions, global forums, VIP networking events, and onsite programs. •Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing and business units) and external partners to align event goals with business strategies. •Oversee event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, production schedules, registration systems, travel coordination, and contingency planning. •Manage program agenda development, team recruitment, content coordination, and on-site ad-hoc management. •Ensure world-class attendee experience through innovative event design, customer journey mapping, and quality control. •Monitor project timelines, budgets, contracts, and risk assessments for all assigned events. •Lead on-site operations during events to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution in real time. •Conduct post-event evaluations, ROI analysis, and stakeholder debriefs to drive continuous improvement. •Maintain a strong understanding of global event trends, technologies, and best practices.
