Key Responsibilities ▪ Retail KPI Management •Assist each dealership in translating corporate sales goals into monthly/quarterly/annual executable performance plans •Monitor order intake, registration, and conversion data to identify performance gaps and improvement actions •Provide regular performance reviews and improvement proposals for assigned regions ▪ Sales Funnel & Process Supervision •Track sales funnel performance at each dealership (e.g. leads generation, showroom traffic, test drive rates, closing ratios) •Co-develop initiatives to increase leads, customer invitation, test drive, sales closing processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness •Support AutoDMS system usage including lead input, contact logging, and test drive tracking ▪ On-site Coaching & Field Support •Conduct regular dealership visits to review execution of sales processes and customer interactions •Implement field coaching plans, including dealer visit observation, sales briefings, and process standardization •Ensure sales consultants are equipped with the latest promotional strategy, sales tools, and product knowledge ▪ Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategy Input •Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, and Customer Experience teams to enhance retail effectiveness •Consolidate dealer and market feedback, and propose actionable sales strategy and tactical measures •Support new product launches, regional campaigns, and field-level execution of key sales projects Requirement 大學以上學歷,工程、市場營銷、商業管理或相關專業 5年以上車業銷售相關工作經驗 具備優秀的溝通能力和談判技巧 有強烈的客戶導向意識和問題解決能力 具有項目管理經驗和團隊合作、領導能力 具備創新思維,能夠提出並實施改善方案

The Retail Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring quantitative and qualitative retail sales performance KPIs are met, marketing & sales funnel management is executed and monitored, dealership operations are well supported and guided.
