• Design, build, and manage an enterprise on-prem GenAI platform, including model hosting, orchestration, and monitoring. • Collaborate with IT dept,engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate GenAI solutions into core business functions. • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools and frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow, NVIDIA Triton). • Work with RPA (Robotic Process Automation)to embed AI into automation workflows. • Ensure data privacy, governance, and compliance requirements are met for on-prem AI solutions. • Develop internal standards, documentation, and best practices for AI deployment and model lifecycle management. • Optimize performance of AI models and pipelines in resource-constrained environments. • Provide guidance on hardware and software infrastructure for AI workloads • Research and test emerging GenAI technologies and advise on adoption strategies.

• Hands-on experience with on-prem GenAI or LLM deployment (at work or at school) • Strong understanding of MLOps, AI models/tools, and deployment pipelines. • Proficiency inPythonand Linux-based systems. • Experience with RPA tools(e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). • Familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers). • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to lead projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive in staying updated with emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and automation. Preferredrequirements: • Proficiency in Dockerand REST APIs • Experience with GPU-accelerated computingand AI hardware (NVIDIA, AMD). • Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration for AI workloads. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures. • AI/ML certifications or relevant training (e.g., NVIDIA DLI, Google ML Engineer).
