工作內容

Sustainability Planning • Plan and orchestra sustainability roadmap and key initiatives: Construct regional sustainability roadmap and strategies, set up long-term & annual targets from environmental, social & people pillars align with global guideline and local management team’s expectation. • Monitoring and keeping updated with global and local sustainability trend and policies, with timely sensitivity to analyze potential impacts and carry out follow up actions. • Manage Sustainability elite team operations, department administration and finance, including procurement standards and procedures. • Manage, plan key sustainability initiatives, budgeting, and co-work with GHQ team and cross-department to carry out successful projects. Programme Management • Design sustainability programmes aligned with global initiatives, to achieve company business goals and programme outcomes that are meaningful to Taiwan and globally in core Environment, Society and People pillars, where such content becomes useful for communication and influence to bring about greater support and engagement among stakeholders. • Identify and develop solutions to support Taiwan society through capacity-, capability- and future-building esp. through deepening network with government, NGOs, related vendors & partners’ support with financial and non-financial assistance. • Achieve recognition for UNIQLO’s impact in Taiwan through creative ideation of programming and content for PR communication. • Key programmes Include: a. RE.UNIQLO clothes circularity programme from recycle, reuse, repair and reduce actions. b. Climate Action of targeting 100% renewable energy transition programme. c. My First Outfit-clothes and sustainability education for next generation. d. Work closely with MK team to consolidate other internal and external sustainability activities to escalate sustainability awareness and brand preference from key stakeholders. Project and Partnership Management • Having overview of Taiwan sustainability laws and operating environment including partnerships and solutions, build and sustain positive relationship with customers and stakeholders to move UNIQLO’s sustainability agenda forward through collaboration and impact results. • Exercise oversight in campaign implementations esp. cross-department projects, community stakeholder communication, GHQ reporting. Disclosure and Reporting Perform analytical research and knowledge management relating to Sustainability topics (legislation, environment, society) to use for campaign planning, evidence, and progress tracking. • Manage local Sustainability targets dashboard (aligned to GHQ) viz. Environment, Energy, Climate, Zero Waste, Social Contribution programs. • Oversee company’s reporting to authorities on sustainability viz. product packaging, waste management.

★Requirements: •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, environmental science, environmental engineering, and related fields, or relevant disciplines. •At least 8 to 10 years of experience in managing sustainability topics to deliver results, with experience in programme development and programming, project management preferred. •Proven track record in leading multi-stakeholder teams, successful partnerships for business performance and/or impact. •Open to new business ideas and innovations, able to design and articulate vision to motivate and inspire others to support and execute that vision. •A positive mindset that thrives in achieving goals in a fast-paced work environment, managing resources to resolve complex challenges. •Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to see nuances. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to listen and collaborate effectively with customers and community stakeholders. •Good judgment and ability to make decisions in real-time, passionate and proactive for complex sustainability topics. ★Requirements: • Openness and Social Responsibility. •Communication Skills:Effectively conveying information to both internal and external stakeholders. • Analytical Thinking: analyze data, create reports, and develop solutions. •Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams and individuals. • Adaptability and Resilience: adjust to changing circumstances and bounce back from setbacks. • Passion for the Environment: genuine interest in environmental issues can be a strong motivator. • Leadership Qualities: Influencing others, envisioning solutions, and leading change are essential for driving sustainability initiatives. • Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to identify and address complex sustainability challenges is important. ★本公司共通條件 : •Identify with the UNIQLO's sustainability values ​​and philosophy, and have the passion and belief to achieve sustainability goals together.
