We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Taiwan team on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both brand and trade marketing initiatives, supporting the execution of integrated campaigns and commercial plans for our owned brands. What You Will Be Doing: • Support the execution of the annual brand plan and assist in delivering brand equity and channel growth initiatives. • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer channels. • Collaborate with the Sales team to support key account activations and trade marketing programs in both on-trade and off-trade channels. • Assist in the development of promotional mechanics, pricing strategies, and discount planning for off-trade customers. • Monitor and track A&P budgets to ensure efficient and effective marketing spend. • Work closely with the Hong Kong and regional teams to align on brand and channel strategies and ensure timely execution in the Taiwan market. • Provide marketing insights and competitor analysis to support business planning and performance reviews. • Participate in pilot projects and cross-channel activations to test innovative trade marketing ideas. What We're Looking For: - Duration: 1-year maternity cover. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 2-3 years of marketing experience in FMCG or consumer goods. Exposure to beverage or alcohol categories is a plus. - Skills: • Fluent in English and Mandarin. • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). • Strong coordination and project management skills. • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
