前端工程師 (Flutter / React) – Logistics Operations Platform(Fully remote)

我們正在徵求一位前端/Flutter 工程師，接手並擴展一套支援港口間貨運管理的物流平台。 您將承接的是一個已建構良好且文件齊全的系統，技術棧包含 .NET 9、EF Core、React、SQL Server 及 Docker。此外，若您擁有 Flutter 技能，將能協助我們解決一項技術需求：在離線狀態下的圖片上傳緩存與恢復上傳。 主要工作內容： - 維護與擴展使用 Flutter 開發 Android / iOS 跨平台 App。 - 使用 React / React Hooks 開發 Web（SPA）前端應用。 - 與後端工程師協作，進行 RESTful API 串接 與資料呈現。 - 負責 UI 元件化設計、狀態管理（Provider、Redux、Riverpod、Zustand 等）。 - 優化前端效能與 App 響應速度，確保多裝置下的流暢體驗。 - 撰寫具 可維護性與可測試性 的程式碼，進行單元測試與持續重構。 - 使用 Git / Git Flow 進行版本管理與團隊協作。 - 參與產品需求討論與設計評審，提供技術可行性建議與改善方案。 我們希望您具備： - 熟悉 Flutter / Dart 框架與 widget 機制，具備 App 上架經驗（iOS 或 Android 任一皆可）。 - 熟悉 React.js / React Hooks / TypeScript。 - 具備 RESTful API 串接與 JSON 資料處理經驗。 - 熟悉 Git / Git Flow 開發流程。 - 了解 Style-component 的開發風格，熟練 CSS / SASS。 - 了解 前端模組化、狀態管理與元件重用 的概念。 - 具備良好的 問題分析、除錯與解決能力。 - 具備與 UI/UX 設計師協作切版 的實務經驗。 加分條件 - 具備 Docker / Docker Compose 使用經驗。 - 具備 單元測試 (Unit Test) 撰寫經驗。 - 熟悉 效能優化、自動化部署 或 跨平台相容性調校。 - 英語流暢溝通及對談 我們希望你是 - 對產品開發充滿熱情，樂於探索新技術。 - 注重程式品質與使用者體驗。 - 具備良好的溝通能力與團隊合作精神。 - 能主動提出改進建議並實踐。 Frontend / Flutter Engineer We are looking for a Frontend / Flutter Engineer to take over and further develop a logistics platform that supports inter-port freight management. You’ll be joining an established system with well-structured architecture and comprehensive documentation. Our current tech stack includes .NET 9, EF Core, React, SQL Server, and Docker. If you have strong Flutter expertise, you’ll play a key role in solving a critical feature — offline image upload caching and recovery. Responsibilities Maintain and expand our cross-platform mobile application developed in Flutter for Android and iOS. Develop and optimize React / React Hooks single-page web applications (SPA). Collaborate with backend engineers on RESTful API integration and data visualization. Design and implement modular UI components and state management (Provider, Redux, Riverpod, Zustand, etc.). Optimize frontend performance and app responsiveness across devices. Write maintainable, testable code with continuous refactoring and unit testing. Manage source control using Git / Git Flow for team collaboration. Participate in product requirement discussions and design reviews, providing technical feasibility feedback and improvement suggestions. Requirements Proficient in Flutter / Dart framework and widget system; experience in publishing apps (iOS or Android). Strong knowledge of React.js / React Hooks / TypeScript. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data. Familiar with Git / Git Flow development workflow. Understanding of Style-Components, and solid skills in CSS / SASS. Familiar with modular architecture, state management, and component reusability. Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities. Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and translating designs into responsive interfaces. Nice-to-Have Experience with Docker / Docker-Compose. Hands-on unit testing experience. Familiarity with performance optimization, automated deployment, or cross-platform compatibility tuning. Fluent English communication skills.
