The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong passion for education, and exceptional organizational abilities. This role encompasses HR and administrative management, curriculum development, continuous improvement of teaching quality within the English Department, as well as occasional classroom substitution when needed. Duty description: 1. English Department HR Management: Responsible for Native English teacher recruitment, ARC processing, attendance management, and training plans. 2. The group has a well-established curriculum and management system; the role requires strong execution skills and the ability to improve curriculum and teaching quality continuously. 3. Experienced in multi-campus group management and cross-department collaboration (multiple campuses in Hsinchu and Longtan). 4. Assist with substitute teaching arrangements and be able to substitute in person when necessary (full English instruction; no more than 8 days of substitute teaching per month; must have own transportation). 5. Regular campus visits across different school locations. 6. Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 7. Minimum of 3 years of experience in English education management or related teaching roles. Qualifications: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
