工作內容

Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Coordinator responsible for managing existing business, developing new business locally, overseeing projects, and providing administrative support. This role requires coordination with the Taiwan headquarters, managing overseas subsidiary operations, and ensuring alignment with headquarters policies. Local candidates in Arizona are preferred, or those who already possess a valid U.S. work visa will be given priority. Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive the growth of existing business and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate local project execution while ensuring alignment with company goals. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination between headquarters and local operations. Manage Overseas Subsidiary: Oversee subsidiary operations, manage employee dormitories, and company vehicles, etc. Coordination with Headquarters: Implement company policies and strategies locally, provide updates on operations and project status. Skills: Fluent in English, efficient multitasking, strong communication skill, ability to drive, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in sales, administration, and project management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to drive for business needs. Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
