[About the Role] We're looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Lead Product Strategist to drive the planning and integration of key product types on our exchange—spot, derivatives, and structured products. In this role, you'll guide product strategy, partner with engineering and business teams, and ensure we build best-in-class offerings for both retail and institutional users. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we introduce and optimize trading products across a competitive, fast-evolving exchange landscape. [What You’ll Own] Define and lead the product strategy for integrating core exchange products (spot, perpetual, margin, options) Benchmark against top-tier CEXs and translate insights into actionable product plans Coordinate across BD, legal, ops, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance alignment Guide the launch of structured income products (e.g., earn plans, dual-currency, staking) with clear risk/return modeling Manage a small product strategy team (1–2 FTEs); report directly to senior stakeholders You’re a Fit If You Have: [Product Domain Expertise] Strong knowledge of centralized exchanges (CEX) and their core products Familiarity with order book mechanisms, matching engines, and index/oracle-based price feeds Experience with perpetual swaps, margin mechanics, clearing logic, and settlement systems Clear understanding of how yield-generating fintech products work and how to model their risks/rewards Past experience navigating token listing processes, product compliance, and structured documentation with legal teams [Execution & Ownership] Able to manage full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including API-level specifications and UAT Experience aligning cross-functional teams toward a product goal, especially in high-stakes environments Proven track record of owning roadmap decisions with a bias for clarity, speed, and accountability [Communication & Influence] Comfortable presenting product direction to leadership, navigating trade-offs, and defending strategic decisions Experience writing clear PRDs, product specs, and coordinating with frontend/backend development teams Bonus: Background in launching perpetual/futures or structured fintech products (e.g., dual-currency, earn, staking) Familiarity with top exchanges Able to model user economics (TVL, yield curves, fee impact)
