- Lead technical onboarding for new partners, guiding them through setup, configuration, and integration with our AI compute cloud platform. - Develop and deliver technical documentation, tutorials, and best practices to accelerate adoption. - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to streamline onboarding workflows and resolve integration challenges. - Act as the voice of partners, gathering feedback and advocating for features or improvements. - Build tools and scripts to automate onboarding tasks and improve efficiency. - Provide training sessions, demos, and support for partner teams as needed. - Monitor onboarding metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve the partner experience.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical onboarding, solutions engineering, DevOps, customer success engineering, and technical account manager role. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with GPUs in compute environments a plus. - Proficiency with scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, Terraform, etc.). - Excellent communication skills—comfortable working directly with technical and non-technical partner teams. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. - Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting systems to ensure reliability during onboarding. - Familiarity with **AI-assisted tools** (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE) and a willingness to use them for faster problem solving. - Startup mindset: self-starter, adaptable, and eager to create impact in a fast-paced environment.
