ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏsᴇ ᴏғ ᴛʜɪs ᴘᴏsɪᴛɪᴏɴ As a Remote I/O Product Manager at Moxa, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Remote I/O product lines. The primary purpose of this role is to drive product marketing and promotional efforts across global markets. This position also acts as a bridge between product development teams and front-line sales/technical teams to ensure alignment, training, and feedback integration to maximize product success. ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ 1. Product Development Management - Conduct market research, customer needs collection and competitors’ analysis to define the value proposition and differentiation of Moxa Remote I/O products. - Collaborate closely with the R&D team to translate market requirements into detailed product specifications. - Throughout the product development lifecycle, oversee development progress, ensure product quality, and manage product priorities and release schedule. 2. Product Marketing - Lead product marketing initiatives including web content, white papers, application notes, and product briefs. - Cooperate with marcom and regional product marketing manager for product launch campaigns. - Manage demo units and samples for exhibitions and channel enablement. 3. Customer Engagement - Participate in customer visits and events to represent Moxa and gather market insights. - Work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent product messaging and support across all channels.
