
在這個角色中,你將是專案品質的第一防線與最後把關人,確保我們交付給客戶的不只是產品,更是可靠的承諾: 1.主導專案品質監控作業:全面掌握專案各階段的品質狀況,針對製造、安裝與分包商進行品質檢查,確保符合客戶要求與內部標準。 2.品質異常快速應對與處理:主責客戶端的不合格品處理流程,從接獲反饋、展開調查、提出因應對策,到落實改善,確保問題迅速閉環。 3.跨部門協作解決品質議題:針對專案異常,主導召集相關單位進行根本原因分析(RCA),彙整廠內可行對策並回報客戶。 4.品質文件與合約履約管理:依據與客戶簽訂的品質協議,準備與維護專案相關的品質文件,並確保所有里程碑與驗收標準落實執行。 5.品質溝通窗口:擔任客戶與內部團隊之間的溝通橋樑,對外回應客戶品質問題,對內整合資源以確保回應及改善效率。 6.招標與專案初期參與:於專案啟動或招標階段提供品質專業建議,協助風險預判與承諾條件擬定,為後續執行打下堅實基礎。 若您具備三年以上PM或品保主管經驗,擅長在壓力下做出正確判斷、具有解決問題的能力,又喜歡與客戶直接溝通、創造信任,這份工作就是您發揮實力、打造高品質客戶體驗的絕佳舞台。
