HLK Engineer (Support Microsoft)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive HLK (Hardware Lab Kit) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up and managing HLK environments, analyzing test results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Windows certification processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global setting. Key Responsibilities • Independently build and maintain HLK test environments, including Windows Server and Azure local setups • Execute HLK tests, analyze results, and generate detailed reports • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth execution of HLK workflows • Collaborate with internal development and QA teams, as well as external partners, to resolve technical challenges • Participate in online meetings with English-speaking colleagues to discuss project details and planning • Support network and cluster architecture setup and testing Required Qualifications • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HLK testing and deployment • Solid understanding of HLK processes and technical details • Familiarity with Windows Server and Azure local environments • Knowledge and hands-on experience with networking and cluster configurations • Strong English communication skills, capable of participating in technical discussions and meetings • Microsoft CSS experience is plus • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative attitude
