Lead franchise negotiations, market entry planning, and partnership development across Spanish-speaking countries. 2. Develop and execute tailored business strategies for new markets, including Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and more. 3. Conduct on-the-ground research, attend international exhibitions, and identify scalable growth opportunities. 4. Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. 5. Represent CoCo in high-level business settings, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills. 6. Manage multiple projects with autonomy in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. 【Who You Are】 1. Spanish: Native speaker or equivalent (Business Proficiency Required) 2. English: Fluent in spoken and written communication (Business Proficiency Required) 3. Chinese (Mandarin): Conversational ability is a strong plus. 4. Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development, franchise operations, or strategic partnerships, ideally in F&B or retail chain. 5.
