1.外幣匯出/入匯款交易作業 2.國外匯兌交易文件審核管理 3.具備基本英文能力、具日文能力佳 4.個性細心、有效率、具抗壓性、良好溝通能力、積極態度及邏輯思考能力 •Maintain satisfactory customer service by answering inquires, providing information and responding to requests. •Work in partnership with various departments including but not limited to Operations to seek advice and support in relation to the transaction. •Execute the daily Foreign Remittance transactions and be responsible for collecting documents required by the local regulations including outward and inward foreign remittance, in compliance with local regulations for ensuring the timely and accurate customer service. •Process all types of transactions and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all operations assigned by supervisors are completed in a timely manner. •Responsible for document filing, mailing and generate monthly statistics transaction data. •Prepare reports including but not limited to daily reports for Central Bank, exceptional handling reports, incident and overdue reports. •Provide information for investigation of incidents within the department. •Update policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. •Support in managing the risk profile for the department. •Collect information for internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required •Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations. •Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines
