船舶技術工程師 Technical Superintendent

1.Technical Superintendent must have a solid understanding of generator sets, diesel engines, propulsion systems and electrical systems, along with the ability to analyze and diagnose equipment faults. 熟悉發電機組、柴油引擎、推進系統及電氣系統，具備設備故障分析與診斷能力。 2. Support the preparation, implementation, evolvement and revision of the planned maintenance system (PMS). 支援計畫性維護系統（PMS）的準備、執行、更新與修訂。 3. Review the PMS and its content including but not limited to all flag, class, shipyard, manufacturers and company requirements. 審核PMS內容，包含但不限於旗國、船級社、造船廠、製造商及公司相關規定。 4. Reviews all reported defects, analyses any significant defects and introduces measures to prevent reoccurrence. 檢視並分析所有回報的缺陷，提出防止再發生的改善措施。 5. Review fleet monitoring system. 監控船隊管理系統運作。 6. Attend site to support breakdowns and to inspect repairs. 現場支援故障處理及維修檢查。 7. Support Technical Manager with dry docking and refits planning; Support in creating refit specifications, shortlist suitable shipyards and manage tendering process; monitor refit costs, quality and schedules; attend on-board or at shipyard for planning and progress meetings as required; provide support with warranty claims on completion of refit. 協助技術經理規劃乾塢與翻修作業，協助制定翻修規範，篩選合適船廠並管理招標程序；監控翻修成本、品質及進度，並於必要時參與船上或船廠的規劃與進度會議；完成翻修後協助處理保固申請。 8. Liaison to Class. 與船級社聯繫協調船隊事宜。 9. Provide on call support in the event of technical difficulties; and emergency response team participation; provide general technical and commercial advice and guidance; provide assistance with Insurance claims. 提供技術支援與緊急應變，參與緊急應變團隊，並提供一般技術與商務建議，協助保險理賠事宜。 10. Review any relevant manufacturer’s bulletins and service publications relating to on-board main machinery and ensure any remedial actions required are undertaken. 審閱製造商相關公告及維修手冊，確保必要的維修措施落實。 11. Mobilize with requests for urgent spares or services and manage the relevant logistics. 針對緊急備品或服務需求進行動員並管理相關物流。 12. Undertake technical Inspections on-board and ensure all items raised during inspections are clearly reported and followed up. 進行船上技術檢查，確保檢查項目完整報告並追蹤後續改善。 13. Other tasks assigned by the manager. 其他主管交辦事項。
